Chapter 4 Presenting a Company (Meeting 12, 13, 14 and 15 English)

For this unit, we have 4 meetings:

In groups, you have to present to explain about a company. Prepare the slides and please include;

1. The company organization,
2. The company history,
3. The products,
4. The location,
5. The marketing strategy/ promotion,

You have to prepare:

1. PPT Slides for moderator and presenters
2. Scenarios/ Script

You should submit at your Gdrive and share it at WAG;

Your performance can be consists of:

1. Opening by the narrator (greeting and introducing all members), 4 MINUTES
2. Opening by the moderator (welcoming, greeting, thanking, title, introducing the speakers ONLY, outlining, giving the screen to presenter 1), 5 MINUTES
3. Presentation by the presenters, 20 MINUTES
4. QA session by the moderator and presenters and questioners, 10 MINUTES
5. Closing by the moderator. 3 MINUTE

The duration is up to you. That is only the planning. You may change it depending on your scenario.
